San Francisco-area knit and crochet designer Kira Dulaney has designed patterns since 2006 and sold accompanying kits with yarns from various indie dyers since 2011. “When I design a new pattern, I start with a yarn that I love and then figure out how to show it to its best advantage – for me it all starts with amazing yarn!” Patterns are on Lovecrafts and the kits are on Kira’s website.
