California designer Yvonne Poon is the creative force behind Gamer Babe Designs. In addition to being a knitter and a designer, Yvonne is a tech editor. A San Francisco Bay Area native, Yvonne started designing and self-publishing in 2015. She designs accessories that are fun to knit and teach new skills. The women in Yvonne’s family introduced her to knitting, crochet, sewing and basic craft skills; Yvonne’s love of the challenge in designing and figuring out how to make visions work comes from her dad,who was an electrical engineer. Yvonne loves baseball and knits while watching games.
