Caitlin and Sarina of Over the Moon Yarn produce colorways inspired by and named for elements of space and science fiction. Along with the usual hand-dyeing techniques, these space and sci-fi loving knitters also produce unique skeins dyed in pickle jars. Casey Day-Crosier is the owner and designer at Tangerine Designs, named for Casey’s favorite Led Zeppelin song. “Tangerine Designs is based in my home in St. Peters, Missouri. I used to cut and sew between CandyLand, My Little Ponies, story time, meals, tantrums, and of course spinning and knitting! Now, I design knitting patterns, sew, design new tools, and create tutorials all while teenagers wish I’d just leave them alone!”
